The audiobook starts with the prequel novella that was released for free a little before the book came out, so you get to know how Harlan and Katie first met. We find her now heading her successful “yoga empire” and Harlan is the devoted single dad of an adorable six-year-old girl.
This is a romantic, swoony, steamy, low angst football romance. Harlan is equally swoony as a hero and single dad. You also get introduced to some new wonderful characters (or see one from a previous book – Jason, from All in With Him – listen to the author’s note) that will be getting their own stories.
Narration: Erin Mallon as the sassy Katie is amazing. Zachary Webber kills it as usual and you get to listen to him voice little Abby, and we all know his kid voices are adorable. Cameos by Teddy Hamilton, Julia Whelan and a sort story narrated by Blake Lockheart.
