Ryan is also in a professional pickle. The team’s GM doesn’t think he’s captain material. He thinks he’s no team player and a lone wolf. So, Ryan blurts out that Indy is his girlfriend. She goes along with the ruse. The problem is that faking is becoming real.

OMG, you don’t see a romantic, swoony, unbelievably amazing hero like Ryan very often. He’s closed off for reasons but he shows Indy how much he loves her in the quietest and subtlest ways… like a cup os cold coffee in the fridge or overwatered plants.
Their story is lovely. They have to overcome a few hurdles but you’ll be swooning all the way.
