As in all Catherine’s books, there is suspense and we are left at the edge of our seats. Someone is after Grae and Caden is beside himself without knowing how to protect her.
I adored this one! I love how Grae, who lives with Type 1 diabetes, lives a full life (to the chagrin of her overprotective and overbearing brothers) and I loved how Caden learned to respect her need for independence. He’s so book boyfriend material.
We have the horrible situation with his father and brother and just want him to get way from them all. Talk about toxic…
The romance gives you ALL THE FEELS and the suspense is pretty good. Another home run for Catherine!
