What a fun, sweet and spicy time! When Jess gets locked out of her apartment wearing only a towel, she has to resort to finally talking to the grumpy neighbor who just moved to the apartment next door. When he opens the door… WHOA! She wasn’t expecting that much of a hunk. A naked hunk! He reluctantly helps her with her cockamamie plan to go from his apartment to hers from their adjoining balconies. She’s still a little flustered from the sight of all that skin…and there was a lot to see, if you catch my drift. And Jess’s problems won’t end soon, because she not only hooks up with him at a bar later, only to discover the next morning that he’s the hotel tycoon who wants to buy her out of her hotel. Crap!

Sean is not used to losing a deal and he’s very much annoyed to realize that the woman he needs to convince to sell her shares to him is his oh-so-sexy neighbor and hookup. 

When Jess’s ex shows up trying to buy her out and upstage Sean in his business, the shenanigans begin: fake dating, overbearing fathers, irresistible attraction and a NYC backdrop. Sean may get the hotel, but will he get the girl?

This was fun! Very low angst and high on the swoon and the fun times, this was just what I needed after the heavy stuff I had been reading! Sean and Jess are adorable together , my favorite town in the whole world is the backdrop and the icing on the cake is that it is narrated in duet by Andi Argent  and Jacob Morgan. Andi is perfect as the sunshine personified Jess and Jacob brings all the swagger to the cutthroat billionaire who’s completely besotted by his neighbor while deeply impressed by her skills as hoteliere. Great fun!
