I loved meeting Kat and Eric when their book first came out and it was lovely revisiting their story in the voices of Andi Arndt and Aiden Snow. Kat is Brianna’s (from Hearts at Play) best friend and she finds her HEA in this novella. 

Kat’s done playing games. She’s done with Mr Right Nows and ready for Mr Right. But a delayed flight and an encounter at an airport bar leads to a scorching night with Eric James, a passionate but no strings attached kind of guy. He lives his life on the fast track- literally and figuratively as he is a racing driver. 

Apparently,  the Universe has its own plans and Kat and Eric will realize that they were, after all, always meant to be. 

Narrated in dual style by two favorites, I knew this was going to be a treat. Andi’s sweet, melodious voice suits Kat perfectly. Aiden’s deep voice embodies the daring, cocky but vulnerable Eric to a T. Amazing audiobook! 

If you know Melissa, you know she can pack a punch even in a novella. You get completely invested in these characters and they are fully developed in the short period of time you spend with them.

Great fun revisiting this couple!
