Thanks, @kristenproby for the copies!

It’s been five years since Gideon had to leave the Secret Service and the First Daughter’s detail after being shot protecting her. He’s back at Triple Creek ranch, running an elite security training facility and all is well until he gets the call – Madam President is summoning him back to DC. ‘Blackbird’ is in danger.
Lena has never been a ‘party girl’ but she has had her fair share of shenanigans, usually captained by her wild best friend. But what still haunts till this day is that fateful day when Gideon was shot  and then she never heard from him again. Now, she’s a fully grown adult being shipped to Nowhere, Montana to be babysat by the man himself at her mother’s command.

Gideon was expecting an annoying teenager, not this beautiful, thoughtful, sensitive, artistic woman. Lena wasn’t expecting the grumpy secret agent to be the one who sees into her soul. This can’t go anywhere, but they are finding they’re each other’s soul mates.

And then danger finds them again…

The audiobook is narrated dual style by Avery Caris and Sean Masters and they both shine! Avery’s sweet and melodious voice is perfect for Lena, the young artist finding her own voice. Sean’s deep and booming voice also fits Gid to a T, plus he adds the possessive and protective touch that makes Lena (and us) swoon. And the chemistry? 10/10!

Perfect for people who love an age gap, heroine in danger, keep her safe at all costs story about the First Daughter and her protective bodyguard. You’ll get yearning, forced proximity, touch her and die (literally) , a forbidden romance and the glorious Montana Mountains.

Kristen always delivers.
