After a bad breakup, Nola is not really into the Christmas spirit, She was left with nowhere to live so went back home to her hometown of Bright Harbor, Maine (one of those towns where Christmas throws up all over). To make matters worse, the one boy who broke her heart still lives there and he’s all grown up and oh-so-yummy. She’s doing everything to avoid him and, miraculously, she’s been successful so far. Out of nowhere, the mailman gives her a letter, penned by “Resting Scrooge Face”. She’s quite intrigued by this fellow “non-enthusiast” of Christmas cheer and they start exchanging letters, hand-delivered by the mailman.

When Caleb wrote the letter he was in the worst bah-humbug stage. After all, the love of his life, the one who got away, is back in town. When he gets a response to the letter he swore he threw in the trash, he gets equally intrigued – and flirtatious! Can the spirit of Christmas (and a sweet mailman) bring these two together again?

This is a short, cute, holiday novella and it gets bonus points for taking me back to revisit Port Snow, home of my favorite Meghan Quinn series! I was happy to take a peak at The Lobster Landing again!

A sweet Christmas tale!

Narration: Flawlessly narrated by Carly Robbins (you know her as someone else, I’ll let you figure it out) and Aaron Shedlock.

Note: squeaky clean romance, folks! The only spice is in the eggnog!
