Let me start by saying that, though listed as a standalone, you MUST read Fearless to fully enjoy Filthy. This is pretty much a continuation of the suspense plot from book 1, but focusing on a different couple.
Even though I felt for Hana in book 1, I wasn’t sure that I was going to like her story. Boy, was I wrong! These two broken souls coming together was hard to read sometimes, but beautiful in the end. You have a a hero who will literally trade his life for the woman he loves and you will swoon!
Now, this is MY problem: with all romantic suspense stories, I sometimes feel there’s more need for more explanation of the “mystery” side of things, but that’s me. The romance here is top notch! Loved these two together!
