Parallel #1

Audiobook provided by Valentine PR

Author: Elle O’Roark

Narrators: Samantha Brentmoor and Jason Clarke

When Quinn was little she used to have very vivid dreams about her “husband Nick”. These dreams would scare the living daylights of her mother. After all, why would a four-year-old talk with so many details about a life with a husband? It’s not only that. Quinn also said all sorts strange things and that leads to psychiatrists and tests so pretty soon she learns to just be quiet about it all and suppress everything.

Fast-forward to a few years later and Quinn is visiting a venue for her upcoming wedding when she suddenly passes out. She’s rushed to the ER and a neurologist is called for a consult. To her utter shock, Dr. Nick Reilly is none other than her “husband” Nick. In a flash, all her “memories” of their life together come back to her. She’s loved this man like she’s never loved anyone else. But he lives in her dreams… The even weirder part of all this is all: Nick has been dreaming about her all his life too.

After listening to the prologue, I was already hooked! By the time we get to Quinn and Nick’s “first” meeting, I was already coming up with all sorts of theories in my head! What a well-crafted story!

I loved the “fated soulmates” aspect of it. They are both involved with other people, but the pull they feel is irresistible.

I’m not going to get into Quinn’s “abilities” because the less you know the more fun you have! Grab book 2 immediately because you will want to follow the rest of this story!

For those of you guessing, my theories were “correct adjacent” but I did NOT see a lot of stuff coming!

Narration: Perfectly narrated by Samantha Brentmoor and Jason Clarke. They’ll make you swoon and bite your nails!
