Time River #3

e-ARC and ALC provided by Valentine PR

Author: A. L. Jackson

Narrators: Desiree Ketchum and Zachary Webber

We are back in Time River and Ezra, the hunky, grumpy sheriff is about to meet a new “resident”:  he’s been called to check on a trespasser and finds a gorgeous blonde sleeping in her truck. He takes her to the station and he thinks she needs help, so he sets her up with a job at the café and offers her a place to stay.

Savannah is in Time River looking for her estranged sister. She was sent a diary with strange clues about her sister’s disappearance and it led her to Time River. She vowed to always protect Jessica and she’ll do anything to find her. She wasn’t counting on the big, hotter than sin and oh so lovely Ezra to be in her way. She can’t let him get too close but the air sizzles when they are around each other. Plus, he comes with three adorable towheaded, tiny yahoos who think she’s great and send her “formal” invitations to dinners and spelling bees.
She was supposed to be in Time River temporarily – find her sister and leave. But, Ezra, the kids, and all the friends she’s making are breaking the walls around her heart and earning her trust. Ezra has secrets of his own. The grieving widower thinks he doesn’t deserve to be happy again. Savannah might just prove him wrong.

Oh how I love how Amy weaves a web and catches you! I was enthralled by this story from the beginning – completely invested in the romance and on the edge of my seat with the suspense. I had no idea what was going on and I loved that! Ezra and Savannah are so deserving of happiness that your heart breaks until they find it. I truly loved their story!

Narration: This audiobook is PERFECTION! Narrated by Desireee Ketchum and Zachary Webber, dual style, they had me stopping in some moments and going “oh my gosh they are so good!” In a book with kids, if you get Desiree and Zachary, you are in for a treat! All the stars! Thanks for allowing me to listen to this early!
