Adriana said she wanted to write a hug in book form and she succeeded. This is warm and fuzzy and sweet and swoony and steamy! I’m already in love with the Marshalls and I had my doubts that she could make Luke top tier book boyfriend (we met him in the first book and I wasn’t exactly impressed with his track record, just saying…). but she did it! Luke and Laina are adorable and perfect together.
It’s surprisingly low angst, considering the several situations Laina is running away from and I love that!
Perfect if you love second chance at your first love, found family, sexy farriers with Instagram fans, loyal bodyguards, and sugar with a lot of spice! Lovely!
