I love this series with a passion and it gets better with every book. There is so much swoony pining in this I can’t even!
Ziggy grew up to be a very interesting young womankind Sebastian is the quintessential bad boy with a warm and gooey heart he tries to hide.
Like in all Chloe Liese’s books, we have “real people”. In this case, Ziggy is in the autism spectrum and Sebastian has celiac disease. Be aware, that there’s also self-medication with alcohol and drugs and past experiences with an abusive step-parent and a dismissive parent. All this is dealt with the due respect and the soft hand we’ve come to expect from her.
This is also a pretty funny book – as we know also happens when Bergman’s are involved. I squealed “SUMMIT!!!!” so loud I probably woke up the neighbors!
Narration: C.J. Bloom and Nelson Hobbs are the voices of the Bergman series (except for Oliver’s book) and they become these characters in your ears. Perfection as always!
